Using Books in Class with Younger ESL Students
4 years agoLately, I have been working with several young students on reading comprehension. These classes have me digging through the children's classics of my youth!
We have found some great reading options that lend themselves to larger discussion, including:
- Frog and Toad
- Ramona Quimby, Age 8
- My Father's Dragon
- Encyclopedia Brown
And even better, all these books are available online as PDFs, so they are easy to share!
