Some of us during the past few months have given some thought to this question: what do we hope to achieve this year? what are some of our expectations for 2019?
My opinion on the matter is that we should try to be realistic about our resolutions. One which I think is reasonable is getting in shape: perhaps we should do more exercise and eat a more balanced diet. Another reasonable one is trying to find a more work-life balance in our lives. So many of us have become consumed with our work that we forget we have commitments to our families and friends as well.
It's true that we are now in February (can you believe it?). But there is definitely still time for you to work out what you want to get out from 2019. Just give it a thought.
