What distracts you? How do you avoid distractions?

When learning English, you might get distracted and stop. Learning how to avoid distractions can be very useful for your English. Of course, everything else as well. For me, Youtube used to be a big distraction. 

The way that I overcame this problem was to block the suggested videos and the home page of Youtube. Also, I blocked the comments. Now, I only see videos that I searched for, and the video description. 

Questions to practice writing:
What is YOUR biggest distraction? Also, what can you do to improve and make sure you don't get distracted by this anymore? How big of a problem are distractions for you?
