What is Christmas dinner like in your country?

If you celebrate Christmas, I would love to hear what Christmas dinner is like in your country. Do you eat Christmas dinner on the 24th of December or 25th? 

A traditional Christmas dinner in the UK will be eaten at noon and includes soup followed by roast turkey, roast potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots, stuffing, pigs in blankets (chipolata sausage wrapped in bacon), gravy and cranberry sauce. People may also include brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and mashed swede. Chicken, roast beef or ham can also be used instead of or as well as turkey.
