Could you please give a mark for this writing out of 14. What would you suggest doing to improve it?
Dear sir or madam 
I’m writing because I have a problem with a letter which the bank had sent me. Actually, the card was missing. It’s quite strange, but it’s true. 
I was so disappointed about that because I waited so long and I didn’t have any opportunity to test my card. I know that you’re a big company and I’m sure that was an one time mistake. 
I can’t wait till my card will become in my hands and I hope that you’re will send me a card in a nearest(?) days.
