Hello! Welcome. Teaching is a journey and on this journey I've met the most fascinating students from all over the world - over 50 countries. Teaching is my passion! I studied foreign languages 38 years ago at Florida Atlantic University. In my 37 years of teaching experience, I have taught English as a Second Language and Spanish to adults of all ages.  I’m Ruby, a Cambridge CELTA qualified English tutor with 11 years of  teaching experience, a bachelor in philology. I've also done some mentoring for new teachers, and I completed Cambridge English examiner course for FCE and YLE. I specialize in teaching General English, having conducted over 3000 lessons online. I also taught in different language schools in Yerevan, Armenia. I believe that student-centered approach is very effective for studying a language.  I aim to make my lessons productive, engaging, and fun.
