Learning languages is my passion. I enjoy learning the art of communication with people from different corners of the world. I've always tried to self-teach myself languages, to me this process has made me aware of the difficulties surrounding language learning, and how to tackle them. I've lived and worked with people speaking over 50 different mother tongues, this allowed me to understand that learning is a personal experience, where one method does not apply for all. Therefore, I decided to customize my teaching and build it around personal learning profile, style, and history of the student. I believe that learning a language does not only allow you to speak it, but it teaches you the mindset, history, and culture of people who speak it. This is a goal which I aim to reach while teaching Arabic, I hope to transfer my Syrian culture through language, syntax, and grammar (In a fun way, away from rigid learning techniques!)
Whassup folks! This is Raghda Toman from Palestine! I am a native-Arabic speaker and I am here to help you improve your level in Arabic language and make you rock it. I have a wide experience teaching Modern Standard Arabic as well as Quranic recitation and Tajweed rules. I am also capable of teaching different Arabic dialects like Levantine and Egyptian colloquial Arabic. My methods are pretty simple and different from the traditional ways that make learning a new language look like a never ending process. I really like to create a relaxed and fun environment for my students when teaching a language; I recommend them some fun and interesting articles, books, music or even a movie, depending on their interest, to come later on and discuss them together and come up with different insights and point of views. I also have a wide variety of audio, video and PDF files for all levels. I would really like to see my students enjoying the language and becoming eager for learning more and more, that's why my lessons are adapted to get along with each student's interests and level. My lessons are dedicated for non-native Arabic speakers from all around the world taking into consideration that they include the classical, Modern standard and vernacular Arabic.
