Hi, my name is Cooper White. I'm a native English Speaker, and I have a certificate in TEFL/TESOL. I've spent many years traveling around the world, which is where I got my inspiration to teach English. I'm also fluent in Spanish. My method of teaching is very applied-we will have conversations, improv acting, read newspaper articles, listen to audio, and grammar lessons. First I will tell you a bit about my academic background and tutoring experience. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I have also worked as a tutor for a number of years. I have loved tutoring in all subjects up to the college level. My favorite subject to teach has always been English. I enjoy helping with writing, developing conversational skills, and improving reading. I have worked with a number of ESL students from various countries including Japan, Korea, Brazil, Spain, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
