My name is Tom and I grew up in and around London, England. I am a native English teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. I completed an undergraduate degree at Imperial College London in South Kensington and have spent a lot of time exploring the city. I gained considerable teaching skills in my previous ESL companies. I taught Japanese , Koreans ,and Chinese online. I am also a teacher by profession and I was able to practice my degree in a private school . I was the advisory teacher of the Grade 4 students for 3 years. Subjects that I have handled were English , History and Home Economics. For my teaching styles, I promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. I lived in Madrid , Spain for two years before moving to Milan, Italy ten years ago. I've been teaching English to foreigners for almost 20 years. I started doing it as a part time job during the summer holidays as I was teaching in a school the rest of the year and it became my full time job when I moved to Spain. I've taught students who didn't speak a word of English when they started and even students who were perfecting their language skills at an advanced level.
