My journey began at a hostel in Bogotá, where I taught Spanish to international visitors seeking to learn essential language skills for everyday communication with locals. I hold a master’s degree in quality assurance in education from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Additionally, I have worked with the National University of Colombia as a pedagogical assistant, supporting English language acquisition for undergraduate students. Hi there! My introduction video is old but I still think it's good so I'm keeping it. What has changed? Well, now I live in Montreal. I moved here to get a PhD in Sciences of Human Communication at McGill University, with a focus on Second Language Acquisition. In other words, I am now devoted to the scientific study of how we learn foreign languages!
