Hello, my name is Dianela, I've been teaching Spanish and English for more than 20 years. I studied Education at the University of Zulia in Venezuela. When I graduated from the university I spent some time travelling around UK, France and Spain. I stayed in Madrid, Spain and I've been living here for 16 years, so I can teach Latin American Spanish and Spanish from Spain, which are very different. I work as an Administrative Assistant in a multinational Company, but I love teaching and I don't want to be away from this activity even if I dedicate an important part of my life working as an admin. Estoy aquí para enseñarte el español que hablamos en las Islas Canarias. Es un dialecto con palabras y expresiones propias e incluso comportamientos que no encontrarás en ningún libro. Solo lo puedes aprender en las casas, en las calles, en los bares y tiendas.... Enseño a niveles intermedios o avanzado y NO doy clase al típico turista que solo tienen interés en el sol y la playa de Canarias. Mis estudiantes quieren conectar y conocer las auténticas islas.
