Hello! My name is Lance Augusto, and I am an English teacher from California. I have over 5 years of English teaching experience for those learning English as a second language. Prior to teaching, I created curricula and and facilitated hundreds of trainings for young people and adults across the US on various public health initiatives for the Youth Leadership Institute in San Francisco. Similarly in Los Angeles, I worked on public health initiatives by creating activity-based trainings designed to teach managers and stakeholders on how to implement new Federal public health initiatives.
I have prepared an English learning curricula for you! Based on our first trail lesson, I will assess and recommend a placement from English level A1 to C2. You will have lessons given in order. Each lesson builds upon the other.
Each level contains 60 lessons (e.g. A1 = 60 lessons).
Each lesson will practice your reading, listening, speaking, and writing.
You will learn and practice new vocabulary, verbs, verb tenses, reading and reading comprehension, and speech/dialogue.
Each lesson will strive for you to speak 60 to 70 per cent of the total class time.
You will receive feedback after each class within 24 hours.

Preparei um currículo de aprendizagem de inglês para si! Com base na nossa primeira aula experimental, irei avaliar e recomendar uma colocação entre o nível A1 e o nível C2 de Inglês. Você terá as aulas preparadas e ensinadas por ordem. Cada lição se baseia na anterior.

I have experience teaching English as a second language to children and adults. I provide big and articulated gestures to give instruction when necessary. I provide students with access to online activities and homework in addition to your 1-on-1 classes with me. I will provide feedback for each class, grades on assignments, and assessments. When you book your first lesson, we will get to know each other better, and I will be able to identify a lesson plan best suited for your needs and English level. I hope to see you in class soon!
