Yo ho ho dingdong merrily on Bethlehem bla-de bla-de bla. All of that aside.
No slight intended to the very lovely, cutesy folks who revel in the mid-winter consumerfest as well as, perhaps, other not-so-special-if-you-really-think-about-it, random dates on the calendar. I get it: y'all like Christmas and I'm very happy for you. The reasons you like/love/tolerate it are clear, and that's all very well.☺️
But as for the rest of us: list the reasons you despise this hypocrisy-laden, environment-wrecking, consumerism-worshipping time of year. My list of reasons is looooong, so I won't bore yous with it just yet. Everyone else among us who absolutely haaaaates Christmas: why? And what do you hate most about it? (...And do you feel that you have to be embarrassed/ashamed into silence lest you elicit the wrath of the jolly-making folks?)
