Me llamo Sergio y quiero ayudarte a mejorar tu nivel de español. Trabajo como profesor de español en línea desde el año 2015 y en todo este tiempo he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a estudiantes de todo el mundo y ayudarles a conseguir sus objetivos.  Soy de Málaga, del sur de España, pero he residido muchos años fuera del país. Viví un tiempo en Alemania y en Riga, en la capital de Letonia. En ambos países he tenido que intentar aprender el idioma local, el alemán y el letón, y por eso entiendo perfectamente los problemas y las dificultades que tienen todos aquellos estudiantes que necesitan o que quieren aprender un idioma que no es el suyo. Desde hace unos meses, estoy viviendo en Granada, no muy lejos de Málaga. I'm Hugo, from Vigo — a city on the Atlantic coast of Galicia, in the northwest of Spain. I've been teaching Spanish for ten years, to students from over 30 countries, and I still find it one of the most interesting things I do. Languages have always been central to my life. I've lived, studied and worked in Spain, Portugal, Brazil and Canada — and those experiences shaped the way I teach more than any certificate did. Before becoming a full-time teacher, I worked in engineering, hospitality and education. At some point I stopped pretending those were leading somewhere else. My lessons are personal, flexible and human. I don't give the same class to every student. I try to understand who you are, how you learn, what you need and what kind of relationship you want to have with Spanish — and I build from there. Some students come for conversation and fluency.
