About Me
My name is Pavle Luger, and I am an enthusiastic polyglot and intercultural trainer with a profound passion for teaching and a rich background in guiding students through the complexities of language learning. With years of experience tailoring educational approaches to suit diverse learning styles, I am excited about the opportunity to bring my unique blend of skills and insights to Verbling comunity.
As a language teacher, I use the eclectic method in my classes, which means I blend techniques from various language teaching methodologies to best suit my students' needs. This approach is all about customization and flexibility.
In my experience, the eclectic method allows me to assess each student's unique learning style and then select the most effective strategies from different methods. For instance, I might incorporate interactive games inspired by the Total Physical Response method to help with vocabulary retention, while also using structured drills from the audio-lingual approach to solidify grammar rules.
I keep my lessons varied and engaging by mixing different types of activities. This not only maintains interest but also addresses the diverse needs within a classroom. If I notice that a particular technique isn't working well, I can easily switch gears and try another method that might be more effective.
By using the eclectic method, I aim to ensure that my teaching is not only dynamic and responsive but also comprehensive. I cover all language domains—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—so that my students receive a well-rounded learning experience.
among my qualifications I have Bachelor in Modern Languages
