About Me
Dear students,
I'm currently not teaching because I'm travelling. I'll be back in September 2023.
Please note: I don't teach kids!
I'm a German native speaker with 6+ years German language teaching experience fluent in English and French. I've taught 3,000+ lessons to hundreds of students of all levels from complete beginners to C2, many of them are long-term students.
In Germany, I received a diploma of translation and interpreting. In addition, I also have a master in international business and applied languages from a French university. I have 15 years of professional experience in international settings in France, Switzerland and India.
In my spare time, I enjoy Yoga, learning Spanish, playing the piano and reading.
I love to hear what my students like and dislike about my lessons. It helps me to improve. Don't hesitate to tell me when you’re not satisfied, frustrated or don’t like certain activities. But also tell me when you like something and want to do it more often in class.
There is no fast and easy way to learning a langage. Kids need years till they master their mother tongue. You have to invest time and effort. Therefore, motivation is key. Try to make the lessons a regular part of your schedule and take at least one lesson per week to keep you motivated.
There is no miracle method that works for everyone. However, there can be more or less efficient ways for you. We’re all different. I can help you to find out what works best for you.
My aim is to make the class interesting and full of variety with different activities.
I look forward to meeting you!

My trial lessons
Depending on your level, we will talk about you and your goals in German or English. I'll explain how I can help you reach your goals. If there's time, I also like to include a short exercise to show you what a lesson might look like.
