Hello, welcome to Verbling. I have taught over 4000 lessons online and have 9 years of classroom experience. My students range from 4 to 65 years old and focus on the linguistic skills of your choice, from IELTS preparation and business English to phonics and pre-reading skills. I believe that learning is an intricate part of our daily lives and we as humans learn best when we are having fun. I include elements of music, movement and dramatisation into my lessons whenever possible. I structure my lessons according to your personal needs and interests. I've been teaching English for over 9 years now, and have spent a lot of time creating my own method of personalized teaching. The most important thing about your lesson is that you are interested and excited about it. My experiences traveling have contributed greatly to my teaching methods.

I have a B,A. in Biology and a M.A. in Math Education. I taught math, science and computers for 21 years at the junior high and high school levels and I taught computers to business students at the college level.. Once I retired, I began teaching English to students since I moved to Mexico and people were asking for help with their language skills. I am learning a new language so I understand the difficulties people face and that makes me a compassionate and caring teacher. I also have a great sense of humor.
