6 years agoI recently read a post I enjoyed by Aisling about British stereotypes.
I wanted to ask the same question about Americans (people from the United States)!
Stereotype definition:
A widely held, but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing. No stereotype will be true all of the time.
What are some American stereotypes you have heard, or that people think in your country?
(( This is just for fun, but remember: If we treat people differently due to a stereotype, that becomes PREJUDICE or DISCRIMINATION. This unfair treatment is not right, and in many cases, illegal. ))
