Cancelling classes
5 anos atrรกsI just wanted to ask Verbling support, or may someone of you knows the answer. Me, as a student, when I book a class, I can change schedule time only within 24 before the lesson starts, and when I tried to do it later, I waswas asked to pay a penalty, and I didn't do it, i didn't change schedule . Unfortunately different times, when I booked a class my teachers cancelled my classes at the last moment without apologizing and without paying a penalty. I really don't understand this position of Verbling.
When I book a lesson and prepare myself for a class, sometimes for having class I have to wake up really early, I reserve time, I wait, than they cancel and I remain without knowledge and for me it's a big problem, because I am here for studying and for getting knowledge.
