First my student can't hear me...then I can't hear my student

Dear Verbling help Community 

I have so many troubles with Verbling lately. The most recent thing that happened, today, was that my student couldn't hear me, then we followed some troubleshooting tips and then she could hear me, but I couldn't hear her. And basically everytime we refreshed a browser or logged in and out ( etc, as were the tips) It switched who could hear who. Weird. Have you tried anything similar? And what do you do?
