Going Shopping 
A customer(lûuk khâa) talks to a seller(khon khǎay). A customer wants to buy something. In this situation, a customer wants to buy pants.(kaaŋ·keeŋ)
Let’s talk about this conversation.
lûuk khâa : kaaŋ·keeŋ tua nîi laakhaa thâw rày khráp
                     How much are these pants?
khon khǎay : kaaŋ·keeŋ tua nîi laakhaa 1,000 baht khâ
                        These pants are 1,000 baht.
lûuk khâa : hoo! pææŋ! lót nɔ̀ɔɔy dâay máy
                     Oh!   It’s expensive!  Can you lower the price?
                     800 baht dâay máy
                     Is it 800 baht?
khon khǎay : lót dâay khæ̂æ 980 baht.
                        It can be discounted  only  980 baht.
lûuk khâa : mii sǐi ʔa·ray bâaŋ
                     What color do you have?
khon khǎay : mii lǎay sǐi, 
                       There are many colors.
                        khun yàak dâay sǐi ʔa·ray
                        What color do you want?
lûuk khâa : phǒm yàak dâay sǐi dam mii máy
                    I want them in black. Do you have them?
khon khǎay : mii khâ, nîi khâ
                        Yes, I have. Here is this!
lûuk khâa : Ok. phǒm ʔaw tua níi
                     Ok. I want this one.
khon khǎay : 980 baht khâ   ʔaw ʔa·ray ʔìik mǎy khá
                       980 baht. What else do you want?
lûuk khâa : mây ʔaw lǽæw khráp
                    No. 
khon khǎay :  nîi khâ ŋən tɔɔn
                         Here is the change.
                         khɔ̀ɔp khun khâ
                         Thank you.
