HELP - camera doesn't work

Hello fellow Verbling teachers!

First of all: Happy teacher's day (here in Mexico!!) 

Second: Since last week my camera on Verbling doesn't work anymore. It's not an issue of my Mac because it works fine for Zoom or Google Hangouts. I don't know how to fix this. I have my settings on "camera allowed" but when I'm in class the camera sign is crossed out and I can't enable toggle camera. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
