How do you like to learn (or teach)?

In my time teaching here I have noticed there are so many different expectations for classes. It makes planning for new students fun and exciting.
So my question is for both teachers and students.

Students:

What types of lessons do you come to Verbling for? 

-Structured? 
-Flexible?
-Open Conversation?
-Preparation for a big life event?
-Help in just one Specific area?

Teachers: 

What are your favorite classes to teach?

-Students who want structure and follow a lesson plan?
-Playing it class by class based on how you two feel?
-Focusing on a specific subject area?
-Conversational?

I think it's beautiful how many different ways and reasons there are to learn languages. I personally love a little bit of everything, which is why I am curious to see everyone else's thoughts.
