Firstly, I want to thank you all for your great patience and collaboration during the ongoing service disruption.

Our IT team is hard at work fixing the issue and striving to ensure 100% stability on the platform; however, disruptions may continue throughout the day.

In support I'm overwhelmed with requests, but I will make sure to answer all of your inquires. I would ask you to refrain, however, from contacting support for other, non-urgent matters, at least until next week when we're expecting to be back on track.

Important note: In case of outage, the recommended best practice for teachers is to always Unschedule the lesson if possible; you will still be compensated, it just helps to streamline the procedure. Also, please remember the importance of providing the direct link to the lesson, as this will help to greatly speed up the process.
To get a link: open the lesson on the computer and copy-paste the link in the address bar.
