Inusual student's request

Hello team, I have some new students from a specific country since a while, which is really good, some of them just messagge me to chat but not to book a lesson, and I have another one who didn't show up in our lesson; however I marked as completed and finished it and left a messagge saying I hope to meeting him as soon as he can in another lesson, so now one day later of our lesson he said if I will reschedule our lesson. For me this is very inusual and I don't want to receive a bad survey from someone who doesn't cancel or reschedule our lesson in time or not even consider my time, any advices in these scenarios? Thanks!
