Problems when being a digital nomad on Verbling (noisy people)
5 years agoI have been in Colombia, South America, for 2 years, and it is almost impossible to be a digital nomad because the entire culture is obsessed with noise; dogs everywhere, people screaming 'nonna' for ten minutes at 7am, roosters everywhere, no one understanding what a book or laptop is.
So, is anyone else struggling to teach classes because of internet difficulties, being in remote areas, and noise in general or a lack of people understanding you are actually working and then they start screaming at servants in front of you or at you?
