Using the verb "llevar" correctly in Spanish

Sometimes the verb LLEVAR in present is used to say for how long a person hasn’t done something for an extended period of time llevar+ period of time+ sin+ infinitive verb

Llevo 10 años  sin tener sexo😱😱😱
Mi novia lleva  2 meses sin ir al gimnasio🐽🐽🐽
En mi casa llevamos 2 meses sin usar azúcar💪💪😁
