"You took the words right out of my mouth" - it seems like a very simple statement, to imply that someone has said exactly what you intended to say...
But, courtesy of the 1977 Meat Loaf single (the first one he released as a solo artist), I can simply never hear this sentence without having an iconic ear-worm (a catchy piece of music that continually repeats through a person's mind after it is no longer playing) for a good few hours after. Interestingly, the artist (Meat Loaf) requested that the songwriter (Jim Steinman) write a song that "wasn't too long" [and was more of a] "pop-song", despite it being recognised today as a rock song.
I was raised on rock-and-roll and this song forms a key part of many of my childhood memories, it might not be for everyone, but if you're interested, click here to give it a listen.

P.S. While I am aware of the recent controversy surrounding Meat Loaf and climate change, my post is purely about the music and the language aspect of the sentence and as such I hope it will be received that way.
