7 years of experience working in international academies 🏛. Grade in Linguistics at UIB 🎓. Certified teacher and Official DELE examiner by Instituto Cervantes 👨🏫. Basically I'm a language freak 👽 specialized in teaching Spanish as a foreign language 🇪🇸
My classes 📝
1. I use the famous "Communicative Approach": it means learning Spanish for real life, you will start talking right from the beginning and not only learning grammar and vocabulary in a mechanical and unrealistic way.
2. I teach all the levels. I also prepare for official exams: as an Official DELE examiner I’m able to correct your exam using the official criteria, that’s why I can tell you if you can pass the exam!
3. I’m a linguist, so I can really resolve EVERY doubt you may have about the language. And on top of that I’m an expert in phonetics, your pronunciation will really improve with me.
And more ❗️
- I've got some courses for you: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2 level. Do you want to join them? Exam preparation? We can...

Spanish down ahead*
I graduated from a private language teaching institute with a degree in Language Teaching (Enseñanza de Idiomas), grammar snob! Even before graduating I taught ESL in different institutes and organizations, public and private. After l graduated, l began to teach English in a private institute in my current State (Oaxaca), and Spanish with private students, since Oaxaca, México is a multi cultural city. I believe learning a language means being part of the cultural aspects of a community of people. Working with people who are motivated to learn a new language is very inspiring and always fun. My teaching style is relaxed and organic (this means you're learning at your own pace and with vocabulary of your daily life style), and I'm very patient with students' learning capacities as l believe everyone has various proficiency abilities. l have studied English for 15 years and some Spanish grammar, so l know how important it is to have a patient and understanding tea...

I discover I wanted to be a full time teacher when I moved to Poland and started teaching sporadically. After I came back to Spain I took a course on teaching skills and started to teach independently. And I loved it! The more I taught the more I liked. I still love teaching cause I understand my culture better and the way Spanish people think. I find that fascinating. To me, explaining why we would say things in a certain way because of our culture is the best bit.
Be sure you will always have contact with the real culture during our lessons.
I usually take a coaching approach. That means we will set goals and every week we will review what we've done so far and what we can do next. My students are the ones that choose the pace they want to learn, I only guide them through the whole journey. When it comes to materials we usually use real life materials like youtube videos and also fun speaking activities to practise specific areas of the language. I do it in a way that my studen...

I am from Costa Rica a country very popular to visit for its beautiful beaches and that is why in my free time I love to go to the beach with my friends, I love meeting fun people who like to socialize and share, I love watching movies on Netflix.
I have been spending the past few years teaching Spanish as a second language to many people from around the world, and I am so glad to be apart of the Verbling teaching crew!
In my lessons I would like to talk about any topic that is of interest to you, be it the family, places you have visited or the traditional foods from your country or from mine, thus covering informal conversation that allows us to see well what needs to be corrected.
My teaching style is for my students to learn lots of vocabulary so that it is easier for them to have conversations and to know well how and when to use it, also to be able to form sentences.
I am very flexible with the topics of conversation. I look forward to meeting you soon!

Hello! My name is Jahel, I am from Barcelona and I love teaching because I also like to learn. For several years I have dedicated myself to university teaching in the field of audiovisual language and for some time now, also to oral and verbal Spanish language.
In my family there are several people who are dedicated to teaching Spanish, and that gives me the passion to learn other languages such as English, Italian or French, apart from Catalan. If your language is any other, I'm going to find a way to understand you, because I also have a degree in Communication! So I like to relate too, current concepts and news with my lessons' subjects to make them as playful and educational as possible.
I use a theoretical-practical method following the "Sueña" method of the Anaya publishing house, which is a reference method according to the curriculum of the Cervantes Institute for students of Spanish.

I am spaniard, from Valencia city at the Mediterranean cost. I moved in Canada 5 years ago and started to teach Spanish. I got the ELE certificate validated by The Cervantes Institute as I actually enjoyed by teaching and decided to make it my future career. I do 100% Spanish classes using enjoyable tools for the students have fun while learning. Specially for beginners some English support is required, so I do it. I consider my teaching skills are quite good because of the results and feed back. Same happened when I taught Gemology for 20 years in Spain. I adapt my method to the student's personality and/or needs. I always try to go over every language learning area: Listening, Reading, Writing , and emphasizing the Speaking, which is the most difficult to improve alone. I have experiance in teaching Spanish for every level from A1 to C1 and for all kind of purposes. Depending on the student goals, I prepare grammar power point to help, do exercises, records, videos, media, per...
