Hello, my name is Andrea and I am a native Italian from Rome. I am professional Italian teacher, I love my job and I love to meet and teach people connecting from all over the world. I lived almost my entire life in my beautiful city, Rome, but I also lived abroad in Los Angeles and London for several years in the past. Abroad I started to give individual and group Italian lessons in person to foreigners. I have been teaching Italian to foreigners for many years now (since 2013). I am a professional native Italian teacher with years of Italian language teaching experience, graduated from University of Rome, La Sapienza University in 2008. I started to work as a freelancer teacher abroad in London and LA. Today I am teaching mostly online, I’ve been working with the most popular websites like Verbling, where I accumulated thousands of hours of lessons which I can prove easily with a certificate. My students have always shown me gratitude for my work, I am so happy for their success and I am proud of their hard work and achievement. You can read their reviews and comments about my work. I teach all ages and all levels. I teach children, students at school and university, professionals working in big companies, artists and even foreign teachers. I also teach native Italian speakers how to get rid of their accent and dialect. With me the student can learn every aspect of the Italian language: grammar, reading, writing, oral and written production, listening, they can practice written and oral comprehension during conversation and improve their pronunciation with me. I am also an expert of the standard Italian diction, which is not usual for standard Italian teachers. I have had and I still have lots of students coming from all around the world, from places like US, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, UK, Russia, Egypt, Lebanon, Turkey, Malesia, New Zealand, Australia and more.

MAKE SURE TO BOOK YOUR WEEK LESSONS IN ADVANCE TO FIND AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS! [IF YOU WANT TO SCHEDULE A LESSON FOR A DATE/TIME I AM NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE CONTACT ME!] Hi everyone! My name is Simona and I am a certified Italian language teacher. I have been working as a teacher of Italian as a Foreign Language since 2014, I have taught all levels from complete beginners to advanced piano students. I am from Italy, but have lived abroad in England and Spain and taught Italian in both Italy and Spain. I am a really enthusiastic, focused teacher. I have a positive and creative approach to teaching and set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge students. I endeavour not to bore my students and I regularly vary interaction patterns in my lessons in order to vary the pace. In my 2 years of teaching in two different countries, I have worked with students of all ages, from young children to seniors and racially and ethnically diverse students. I also work as a translator, proofreader and linguist. I teach English in Italy in both public school classrooms and private language schools. I have worked as a teacher of English as a foreign language at the Cambridge Academy in Naples. At the moment, I work as a teacher of Italian as a second language at the US Navy in Naples and as an English teacher in the Italian public school. I am always engaged in continuous learning in order to broaden my knowledge and experience and always interested in innovative teaching methods. Beyond working directly with students, I also enjoy developing new course materials, using authentic materials and creating activities. Furthermore, I consider creativity an important aspect of writing and speaking. I encourage my students to use language creatively to express themselves. Indeed, I am very fond of free practice activities. Cancellations and No-Shows policy: I require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule, as it is not possible to reassign those time slots to other students. So please pay attention to the calendar and cancel the lesson if you can't attend. After that time, lessons will be considered as completed. If the student doesn't shows up after 15 minutes after the fixed time without any notice, the lesson will be considered as completed. Instagram page: profs.linardi

I was born and raised in the majesty of Rome, and I love to share my culture. I am an experienced Italian teacher, a learning specialist, and a screenwriter. I have started this journey on Verbling.com four years ago. I have been teaching Italian language and culture to students from all over the world with different needs, backgrounds, and levels. Each student is different and I craft the course together with them based on their goals. Forget the old boring lessons with just tons of grammar and no fun, I teach in a quick, simple and engaging way. My lessons are a blend of grammar, reading and comprehension, conversation, diction, and writing in order to develop all the skills you need to sound authentic. Last but not least, you don't have to buy any books. I'll provide you with everything you need! In my spare time, I love writing, cinema, music, travelling and fancy cocktails! Let’s chat about your interests! And of course, let's chat about Italy!

Have provided group and one-on-one classes for 100+ students teaching French, Spanish and Italian literature, grammar and history in after-school classes of childre/teenagers, and early literacy and Italian language in pre-school with infant children and toddlers.
