¡Bienvenidos a mis clases de español! I completed a master's degree in teaching in high-school education, at the University of Barcelona and, afterward, I took a course at International House (certified by Instituto Cervantes), in teaching Spanish as a Second Language. Since then, I've had several students in one-to-one lessons and also in group lessons (when I was working for a language school in Australia). During all these years I've been creating my own materials such as flashcards, language games, and even formal exercises that I compiled in a workbook. But what I think is more important in teaching Spanish is to put myself in your shoes. Learning a language shouldn't be hard. That's why I always plan my lessons in detail, introducing a slow grade of complexity, but step by step, so that you feel comfortable, and always focusing on a communicative aim, always based on real life situations. Realizing that you are learning something meaningful everyday is what is going to keep you highly motivated towards mastering Spanish. Feel free to contact me for a first lesson. I hope to see you soon! ¡HASTA LUEGO!
Tell me if this sounds like you: You studied Spanish a little bit when you were in high school, and you believed it would be nice to learn the language. Your ultimate goal: To be conversational in Spanish. You want to talk to your Colombian neighbor in their native language, have meaningful conversations with your Venezuelan in-laws in Spanish. You want to go to your favorite Mexican restaurant with your family and impress everyone by ordering your food in Spanish. There is a problem, however. Unfortunately, most Spanish teachers put their focus on grammar rules rather than conversations. What they don’t realize is that the best way to learn all the rules and structures Spanish has is by using them! This is what I do in my lessons. My classes are 100% focused on getting you speaking as fast as possible. My method goes like this: ✅ I will teach you the theory with simple words. ✅ We will do exercises where you will have to use those structures. ✅ I will bring up conversation topics that will make you use what you learned. My goal is that you use the theory so much that it becomes second nature to you and don’t have to think about it ever again! In the end, you will be able to have conversations with native speakers without thinking about grammar rules! . If you want to see how I can help you have conversations in Spanish, feel free to schedule a trial class with me so we can prepare a plan tailored to your situation. See you in class!
Hello! My name is Bianca. Last year I graduated on Modern Languages and their Literatures in a Spanish University. In the present, I am studying a Master's degree of Languages Teaching at the University of Granada, also in Spain, this is why I would like to offer Spanish lessons to everyone who is interested in. My method is to adapt each lesson individually to each student's goals. That is why, if the student wants to start learning Spanish, I will prepare the basic grammar and vocabulary; if the student wants to continue studying Spanish, I will prepare the grammar, vocabulary, etc. she/he wants to learn; and for example if the student just wants to improve her/his oral skills and fluency, I will prepare the topics that the student likes to speak in the lesson. The best each student can do is to tell me her/his goal and I will adjust the lessons to her/him.
