Having visited more than 30 countries over the past years, I have discovered that my true passion is both traveling and people. I love working with people and as a teacher, I have a true admiration for those who decide to learn a new language. In my classes, I use a simple and useful method based on the 4 pillars that are needed to understand a language: Grammar, vocabulary, writing and conversation. I hope to teach and also learn from my students.

Me licencié en Comunicación por la Universidad de Salamanca, realizando además Lengua Española y obteniendo como calificación Matrícula de Honor. He impartido clases de forma particular, voluntaria, y en el Centro de Acción Social de San José en Salamanca, no solo de español sino también en otras asignaturas. Los niveles de alumnos extranjeros eran desde 7 u 8 hasta 10 o 15 personas. En mi estancia fuera de España, pude realizar intercambio de lenguas, en este caso, español e inglés. Sigo realizando intercambios de lenguas, y dando clases particulares a alumnos extranjeros. Además de la enseñanza de español, también me dedico a la informática, al área de programación. I am from Costa Rica a country very popular to visit for its beautiful beaches and that is why in my free time I love to go to the beach with my friends, I love meeting fun people who like to socialize and share, I love watching movies on Netflix. I have been spending the past few years teaching Spanish as a second language to many people from around the world, and I am so glad to be apart of the Verbling teaching crew! In my lessons I would like to talk about any topic that is of interest to you, be it the family, places you have visited or the traditional foods from your country or from mine, thus covering informal conversation that allows us to see well what needs to be corrected. My teaching style is for my students to learn lots of vocabulary so that it is easier for them to have conversations and to know well how and when to use it, also to be able to form sentences.
