I'm James, a British pronunciation and accent coach, born and raised in Oxford, UK.
I've been helping people improve their pronunciation and develop a British accent for around 4-5 years now.
I have helped students who struggled with being understood by others for years or even decades.
In my British pronunciation and accent classes you will:
- Understand which pronunciation mistakes you're making (First lesson is a personal assessment of your pronunciation)
- Learn pronunciation theory
- Do pronunciation exercises that will correct your pronunciation overtime.
- Learn how to speak with a British accent
- Feel confident that you have a clear pathway to achieving better pronunciation/ a British accent.
I also offer other types of classes classes:
- IELTS (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
- OET exam preperation
- General English/Fluency and confidence
- Understanding English Grammar
- Free conversation classes
I've taught English for 8 years, almost exclusively with adults. I lived in Vietnam teaching English for 2 years, and have taught online for around 5-6 years.
I hope that my classes are a place you can make real, visible progress with your English, but also a positive environment where you can relax and enjoy yourself.
I only take students aged 16+. Thank you
