I am from Manchester, England and earned a degree in Economics. Four years as a consultant at Deloitte was followed by 20 years as a Finance Director in large companies in London. I have sat around the table with top management and interviewed hundreds of candidates. I have since left England and corporate life to start a new adventure in Argentina. I have learned Spanish and made a new life - so I know the challenges involved with such big changes.
