About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Gil, I’m from Switzerland, and I’d be delighted to meet you.
I studied Education at the University of Geneva, and over the years I’ve worked as a private tutor, a primary school teacher, and later as a French as a Foreign Language instructor.
In 2014, I started traveling around the world, and since then I’ve been teaching French online full-time. This allows me to combine my love for adventure with my passion for teaching.
Today, I’m proud to have helped hundreds of students of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals, whether personal or professional.
With over 7700 hours of online French teaching experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of each learner’s needs.
This enables me to adapt quickly, anticipate common mistakes, and design personalized learning strategies that ensure fast, concrete, and lasting progress.
Learning a language should never feel stressful or boring. My lessons take place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you feel comfortable speaking, trying, making mistakes… and improving quickly. I combine structure with flexibility to help you move forward efficiently, without unnecessary pressure. In my classes, we interact a lot, we truly practice, and we always keep a positive energy. The result: you learn faster, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process.
