About Me
Marhaba! I’m Margaret from Lebanon. Arabic is a beautiful language, and if you decided to learn it, I would love to be your guide.
Languages are a passion of mine. I have a bachelor’s degree in translation. I worked as a translator for 6 years in a newspaper and news websites. I also translated from English to Arabic a book titled “The Lost Oases” by Ahmed Mohamed Hassanein published by Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage.
Since 2015, I’ve been teaching in a school Arabic as a second language. I also teach Arabic to foreign students who come to Lebanon via a student exchange program. I speak English and French fluently, and I’m learning Spanish.
In our first lesson, I will assess your level and then tailor the following lessons to best suit your needs. I teach all levels from absolute beginners to advanced students.
In addition to my teaching experience, I’m familiar with the best language learning programs, and I borrow from them many techniques that will make your learning much more effective and efficient.
We can also improve your Arabic by having interesting discussions, if you so desire. I like movies, music, nature, animals, and I enjoy reading, swimming and traveling. I’ve been to Spain, Sweden, and Bosnia, and I love to learn more about other cultures.
Most important of all, I love teaching. Don't hesitate to contact me.
