About Me
**AT THE MOMENT I MAINLY TEACH CONVERSATIONAL ITALIAN CLASSES. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN GENERAL ITALIAN CLASSES SEND ME A MESSAGE AND SPECIFY IT. **
Hello everybody! I am Nicole and I'm a native Italian speaker and an experienced online Italian teacher based in Milan, Italy. I have been teaching Italian online for 4 years and I have helped over 300 students with their Italian.
Besides being a teacher, I am also a foreign languages enthusiast. I can speak English, Spanish, German, and conversational Portuguese and French. As a student myself, I understand the process of learning a new language and the challenges that come with it, but I feel very confident we can overcome them together and get your Italian to the next level! Over the last few years I have perfected different types of exercises and methods to take steps further with my conversation skills in the languages that I learn, and I am thrilled to share my knowledge with you!
Focusing on our classes...
- During class we use material such as videos or newspaper articles in order to stimulate a natural conversation. Please, let me know in advance if you want to discuss a particular topic or you have your own materials you would like to use in class.
- Every student gets a personal folder where all class materials are uploaded for them to revise on their own. Every class we create a new working page, which will also be uploaded on the folder, containing all vocabulary learned during the lesson, in order to keep track of it and revise.
Students also get additional working material (homework) which they can complete on their own after the lesson to check if everything is clear. Homework will be checked up by me during the next class at student request.
- I meticulously update your progresses on your student notebook, which I create for you after our first class, and send homework for every topic we see together. Homework will be reviewed together at the beginning of the next lesson, if necessary, to see if we can progress or consolidate that topic further.
