Six years ago i began to teach portuguese language to foreign students and professionals living in Portugal. Since then i have been improving lessons according to european levels A1 to C2 and portuguese school curriculum, preparing students for exams, helping persons to be integrated in portuguese society and teaching tourists, immigrants and descendants of portuguese emmigrants all around the world. I use dialogical methods in language teaching and structured courses for begginers or advanced learners, adapted to all kinds of persons, children, adults and special needs students.

Hello! My name is Rhuana and I'm from Recife, Brazil. I have a Languages degree (Portuguese and French) from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and I did a postgraduate course in Applied Linguistics to Portuguese Language Teaching in the FAFIRE. I also had the opportunity to study Didactics for Languages for six months in the Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, in Paris. Since 2011, I work as a teacher of Portuguese (as first and foreign language) and French and I’ve had experiences in schools, language courses, online lessons… So I have a large experience teaching both of them and I had the opportunity to teach students with different levels, profiles and goals. Hi, I'm Arthur, a Brazilian-Italian language teacher who currently lives in Ottawa, Canada, with my wife. I started teaching languages in 2013 during college, and since then I have been teaching children, adolescents, and adults. I am a certified Brazilian Portuguese teacher to foreigners and a heritage (near-native) speaker of Italian, which I also teach. I am particularly interested in accent reduction and pronunciation, and I often draw parallels between the languages the students already know through comparative grammar.
