Hi, Iโm Hye-jin Lee.
Iโm hoping to help people who want to meet a global community of those with shared interests such as K-pop clubs and K-drama fan clubs. Also, to play the role of the bridge connecting people between different countries and all over the world. I want to connect the right people to the right opportunities, help people who seek jobs in Korean organizations, businesses or in public environments such as educational institutions in Korea. I was born and raised in Korea, and later moved to the states to live 21 years ago.
In Korea, I worked for a multinational business firm and a financial institution for more than 8 years and had the very special opportunity of working with investors and management teams. I have been teaching Korean on this site for 9 years, and I truly enjoy helping students learn the language. I completed a certificate course in teaching Korean as a second language and have experience teaching students from various countries including Japan, the U.S., the U.K., Canada, and Portugal.
I have also taught at a Korean language academy and provided private tutoring. With nearly a decade of experience on this site, Iโve developed effective and diverse teaching methods and learned how to communicate well with my students.
I always strive to make my classes engaging and enjoyable, and Iโm grateful that many students have told me they appreciate my teaching style. More than anything, seeing my students improve their Korean is what makes teaching truly rewarding. Thatโs why I love what I do.
Iโm friendly and easygoing, so feel free to join my class without any hesitation! Letโs enjoy learning Korean together.

Hello,
My name is Euisook Kim.
In 2009, I completed the course of teaching Korean as a foreign language to foreigners at Yonsei University. After completing the course, I have more than a year of experience teaching Korean language to different nationalities such as Italian, American, Singaporean, Chinese and Mongol students.
My method of teaching includes daily conversation, newspaper articles, K-pop, K-drama and using textbook materials.
Then I will correct sentences grammatically and teach you more relevant words.
I have lived in many countries in the world like Switzerland, China, U.S.A and Philippines which is helping me to understand different accents.
During my stay in Switzerland many people helped me to learn Italian and German. Through that experience, I understood the culture of other countries and at that time I decided to teach Korean to foreigners someday.
Now I think I have a chance.
I hope I can help you in improving your level and make you speak better.
I am...

Korean and English are very different languages.
The way people say thing is different and the word order is also very different.
(In Korean, the verb comes last).
For example, in English, we say "What are you talking about?"
But in Korean, we say "What kind of saying is it?" (=๋ฌด์จ ๋ง์ด์์?)
Also, in English, we say "Happy birthday."
But in Korean, we say "Birthday congratulations" (= ์์ผ ์ถํํด์).
Example like these show just how different English and Korean are.
If we literally translate English to Korean, it sound very unnatural.
So, when we study Korean, memorizing natural Korean sentences is very important.
I will teach you how to make natural Korean sentences.
<Curriculum>
- If you are a beginner -
1. We can learn the Korean alphabet and practice reading Korean sentences.
2. And we can read natural Korean conversation books I have.
(I will break down all sentences and explain all vocabulary and grammar structures of sentence...

Hi! My name is Judy and I am 32 years old. I have over nine years of teaching experience, including teaching people whose first language is not Korean. I also teach as a teacher in Korea now. I majored in Education and I love teaching my students. I would like to be a teacher who is like a friend. I'm an adventurous type of individual.
I like to discover different things and share my ideas as well. I like meeting different people in all walks of life that's why teaching becomes my passion. It becomes my journey.
When I graduated college, while working as an administrative assistant I realized that I wanted to pursue teaching. I learned that teaching Korean to other nationality would make a big difference and great impact in my personality. Now, I am really enjoying it and I know that I want it to be my permanent career.
I know Korean is an extremely difficult language to learn โ some of its grammar rules do not make logical sense. But I assure you that with practice in the form of...

Hi? I'm teacher SI who teaches Korean in a fun and enjoyable way. Currently, I am having a pleasant and useful time with students at foreign universities and online.
I majored in Korean linguistics in graduate school and hold a level 2 Korean language teaching certificate. I have grown into a Korean language expert with over 10 years of rich experience. ๐
Through overseas volunteer work that began in 2004, I experienced the local culture and language in various countries and gained a deep understanding of the difficulties of learning a foreign language.
Based on this, I am constantly thinking about ways to help students effectively acquire language and making various attempts.
I came to the conclusion that the core of learning is โfun.โ If you have been learning Korean in a heavy and rigid atmosphere, how about now having fun learning together while laughing?
If you speak Korean with me during class, your Korean skills will naturally improve before you know it. Class time wi...

Hello, Verbling Friends. My name is Bill. I have been teaching Korean online and offline since 2017. I graduated from Cameron University, Oklahoma, USA. My major is called International Languages which the students choose two foreign languages to study. I speak English, Korean, and Spanish. I have various experiences in language learning. So, I understand how frustrating language learning is and whenever students face problems, I can offer the best solutions to them.
Generally, I offer two types of Classes for my students:
1. Regular Course: During classes we use university course books that cover all areas of language learning: reading, grammar, speaking, listening, and writing.
2. Conversation: this class is for intermediate students who already have much knowledge of Korean learning. We talk about a specific theme, and I correct the student's mistakes and suggest better ways to express.
To tell the t...
