👋 Hi!
I wanted to let you know that I will be on vacation from December 15th to January 5th. During that time, I won’t be available for lessons, but you can still book classes normally for dates after my return.

➡️Due to the high demand for lessons, I suggest scheduling your lesson in advance for the next, two, three, or more weeks. If you used to schedule the lesson each week probably you will not find availability on my calendar.
➡️Due to back-to-back lessons, the lesson may start late, for a maximum of 5 minutes, so I appreciate your understanding.
➡️If you are absent for more than 21 minutes, the lesson will end and will be marked as Completed. No refunds will be given. However, if you experience connection issues or even a personal emergency, you can contact me via chat up to 1 minute before the lesson starts to reschedule the lesson.
➡️ It is highly recommended to use a laptop for balanced Spanish classes (conversation and grammar), this is to better visualize the materials and the preparation of the homework. For conversational lessons only, using the app is fine.
According to Verbling policy, you need to understand the following rules:
➡️You can reschedule any lesson. If you want, you may do so with at least 12 hours advance notice. If the class is scheduled to start in less than 12 hours, you will not be able to "Reschedule", but you will be able to "Cancel" the class and receive a 50% refund. If we have an emergency or technical troubles I can reschedule the lesson at any time, even during the lesson time.
➡️⚠️According to the Verbling Policy, absolutely no teaching of children under 13 is permitted (parental permission/presence during lessons or not); Thank you for your understanding.
