About Me
¡Bienvenidos a mis clases de español!
I completed a master's degree in teaching in high-school education, at the University of Barcelona and, afterward, I took a course at International House (certified by Instituto Cervantes), in teaching Spanish as a Second Language.
Since then, I've had several students in one-to-one lessons and also in group lessons (when I was working for a language school in Australia). During all these years I've been creating my own materials such as flashcards, language games, and even formal exercises that I compiled in a workbook.
But what I think is more important in teaching Spanish is to put myself in your shoes. Learning a language shouldn't be hard. That's why I always plan my lessons in detail, introducing a slow grade of complexity, but step by step, so that you feel comfortable, and always focusing on a communicative aim, always based on real life situations.
Realizing that you are learning something meaningful everyday is what is going to keep you highly motivated towards mastering Spanish.
Feel free to contact me for a first lesson. I hope to see you soon!
