About Me
Hi! My name's Kevin. I'm a 48-year-old American expat living in Belgrade with my Serbian wife and our fat black cat. I've been teaching English since 2011. The final level of learning any language is sounding like a real person speaking it, not a robot. What I do is take the English you know and sculpt it into everyday words and expressions native English speakers really use. For instance, you can say, "I understand" and everyone will understand. But if you said, instead, "I get it," you will impress the native speaker to no end (trust me on this). I have a range of topics to talk about, one per class, that'll exercise your English in every which way. I like to have fun, and teach by example, not discipline and rules. Let's chat!
