About Me
Hello, I’m Richard. I’m a TEFL‑certified English teacher from the UK with many years of teaching experience. I work with students who want to speak more clearly, feel more confident, and use English comfortably in real conversations.
My background includes teaching in schools and online, as well as working as a radio presenter for several radio stations. This experience has strongly influenced my teaching, particularly in listening skills, pronunciation, and natural spoken English. Lessons are calm, engaging, and focused on helping students express themselves clearly in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere.
I teach General English, Business English, and conversational English. I also prepare students for IELTS speaking and help learners improve their performance in job interviews and presentations. This includes developing clear answers, organising ideas effectively, and speaking with confidence in professional and academic situations.
My interests include playing the piano, staying active, watching films and series, and travelling to different countries. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and bringing real topics into lessons to keep learning practical and enjoyable.
In my lessons, students can expect clear guidance, plenty of speaking practice, and a supportive learning environment. Each lesson is adapted to your level and goals, with steady progress built over time. I look forward to working with you and helping you feel more confident using English.
