About Me
Hi,
I’m Ruby, a cambridge celta qualified English tutor with 11 years of teaching experience, a bachelor in philology in yerevan state university (which is just a paper tbh, hated the institution, total waste of money,but made friends which made it bearable). I've also done some mentoring for new teachers, and I completed Cambridge English examiner course.
I specialize in teaching General English, having conducted over 3000 lessons online and having taught in iclt language school for 5 years, where I became passionate about teaching, then worked in train, flyeng schools in Yerevan.
I believe that student-centered approach is very effective for studying a language. I aim to make my lessons productive, engaging, and fun. In my lessons, I make sure that errors are corrected and the newly learned vocabulary and grammar are used.
In my free time I like being melancholic, smashing things, crying, depending on what music I listen to. while listening to music, also watching films, learning about philosophy and psychology, spirituality, trolling people and trying to make sense of this bittersweet life.
