The First Case Study: 25 year old college student about to graduate from his university and needs to learn to speak English so he can get a great paying job. He was getting his masters degree in computer science.
He was monumentally busy with classes and his final thesis, and he decided to take on one new major project, to finally get fluent in English. So naturally he doesn't have a lot of free time, so we worked English into his day. (you will learn how when you work with me). In addition to that, he is a gamer, he plays on a team and has practice every night for 4 hours.
We had 4 classes together. We covered the program, the worksheets, and the steps. He was progressing nicely then suddenly he was gone. This happens, things pop up, or the client knows the system and knows they do not need me any more. (I do that to make sure my clients are not dependent on me, I empower them to succeed, and. give them the knowledge and tools to do so.)
3 months pass and here he is back on my schedule. Nothing new in that, so I wasn't overly concerned. Only this time things had changed. The man I was talking to sounded like a native American living in California, not a recent graduate student living in Brazil.
What had happened? His grandmother got very sick and he was helping out with that. In his spare time he followed the English plan to the letter, he didn't miss a day or cut a corner, he did it all. Plus he played his video games in English almost every night.
3 months of no classes with me, just followed my plan and he is speaking like a native. So why call me? He remembered that I also do job interview coaching. He called me for the interview coaching.
Long story short, 2 months following my plan he got his dream job at a global company, with a salary that, in his words, "was like winning the lottery every week."
The Second Case Study: A mother came to me asking me to teach her 11 year old son English. He could barely say hi or bye. I didn't have time as I was very busy and traveling a lot at the time. I agreed to help, however what I did was this.
I wrote 5 things in a PDF document and sent it to the mother and instructed her to give it to her son. She was worried that her son would not follow the plan. He didn't like school and was wanting to drop out of school, he didn't want to get back to school any more. I told her not to worry, I am sure things will turn around for the better. She gave her son the PDF file, sent it to him on his smart phone.
He followed that plan to the letter, no lessons with me, we talked a few times but we never had a formal lesson. When summer vacation was over, he was excited to get back to school and he was speaking, reading and writing at a native level. As a bonus he also learned about motivation, success, python programming, how to draw action figures and anime almost as well as his older brother who had been drawing for years.
Now he is 19 years old speaks 7 languages, two languages from his home country, English, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, and Arabic, is in his third year at the university learning computer programming and he owns his own web and AI agency with 5 employees working with clients in the US, UAE, and Saudi.
The Third Case Study: A woman came to me in mid 2020 who was working with a company as a marketing executive with 12 years experience. She had taken 90 days off from work to work on her English to get a promotion at her work. English was the only thing she was missing in an otherwise flawless resume and work history.
She worked hard on her English studies, followed every step of the program, and didn't skip a thing. She followed it word for word. 60 days and she was C1 fluent and talking like a native American born and raised in America. No accent, clear speech.
Then she said to me, "you remember you told me I could learn anything with this system?" I told her, yes, that is true. She asked, "can I learn computer languages like python?" I told her of course she could, all she had to do was put the pieces into place and no problem. I use this system to learn anything.
We went to work right away on plugging in the programming languages into the system.
And she was off and running three months later, here she is on my schedule again. This time she wanted me to help her with my interview coaching program. Again she followed the steps to the letter, everything I laid out, we coached three times a week and she was moving fast through the program eight weeks into the program she was ready to send out her resume package.
She did as I asked and sent her package to three companies only. She had no idea if they were hiring or not, she followed the plan exactly.
The first company called gave her the programming test then invited her for the interview. She aced the interview, and on the first interview they offered her the job. She told them she would think about it.
She told me the company looks good on the outside, but inside they are a mess and very toxic as a result she turned down their offer.
Interview two, again she took the programming test, got called in for the interview and again they offered her the job on the spot. One exception though. They cannot hire her as a junior level programmer. She almost burst into tears, she was scared they wanted to hire her for a marketing position.
To her surprise they said, based on your resume, and background and how she performed on the test they wanted to hire her as a Sr. Manager with her own team. One small minor issue though, they didn't have a team yet. They don't even have a position open at this time. The project was on hold till they could find the team to do it.
So this is what they did. They hired her on the spot starting the next day working from home, and she would be on the bench for 6 months. In the meantime she will learn AWS and a couple other languages, and help with the interviewing of her new team. Her salary was four times her last salary as a sr marketing manager, and she got a sign on bonus that blew her mind.
So tell me, why did they succeed and you keep starting over jumping from teacher to teacher, book to book, class to class, and never really getting ahead?

He had been struggling with English for over 15 years, been to America for medical seminars, symposiums, and meetings and still his language was barely B1.
He was seemingly 100% on board, ready to do anything to achieve his goal of speaking English fluently. He said all the right things, followed the program in âwordsâ but never, not once filled out his tracking sheet, never made a video, didnât feel the need to learn more vocabulary, and said he was bored with the assignments, said the lessons and assignments were too slow. He wanted something faster, more impactful.
I introduced him to my very special high intensity course designed for professional athletes and special forces groups who need to learn English fast. Two weeks that is how long he lasted and was gone. Too embarrassed at his lack of results, didnât like being called out on his dismal performance and lack of follow through and he left the program.
He contacted me a few years later wanting to start lessons again. He apologized, made up some excuses on why he failed, without actually failing. Not sure how that works. I politely, but sternly, refused to work with him again.
The Fifth Case Study: A computer programmer with a masters degree in computer science and business administration, who is also an amateur composer, singer and musician. He is brilliant by anyoneâs standard. His English started at level B1 and improved to B1+ in 9 months of talking to me.
He only scheduled one class a week, never did a single homework assignment, and only spoke English with me one hour a week. He did do one thing consistently. He kept writing computer programs to track vocabulary, listen to his conversations and track vocabulary and usage. He created dashboards, he created excel sheets, he created more programs, and more ways to keep himself buy of projects about English, but never doing the assignments.
From our first class he always said that he was not in a hurry to improve his English, he is ok with that, even if it takes a few years that is ok with him. I told him that my program is designed for results not for weekly conversations. He said that is fine, he will try the program and see where it goes. I told him many times to find another teacher for that. I even cancelled all his classes, only to have him schedule the classes again. He assured me that he was not in a hurry and that he was ok with just having conversations.
We continued the weekly classes for 9 months, then one day he asked me why he is not fluent yet and I have many other students who are? I said, firstly they are here with me to get the result, they are not taking lessons with me for conversation. Next, they do the assignments. They take learning English seriously, they have a goal, a reason to achieve that goal, and a drive to accomplish it. And most importantly, they are tired of failing, and missed opportunities, and struggle due to low salaries in their home countries.
You on the other hand, are not in a hurry, not driven, donât need a better paying job in another country, you donât do any assignments, and are, as you put it, âhere for the conversation.â he got very mad and left the conversation, and cancelled all his remaining lessons with me. 5 years later he sent me a message apologizing and wanting to come back to my lessons. I politely declined his offer.
Again, I could write a whole book on this topic alone. I think you get the picture by now.

The First Case Study: 25 year old college student about to graduate from his university and needs to learn to speak English so he can get a great paying job. He was getting his masters degree in computer science.
He was monumentally busy with classes and his final thesis, and he decided to take on one new major project, to finally get fluent in English. So naturally he doesn't have a lot of free time, so we worked English into his day. (you will learn how when you work with me). In addition to that, he is a gamer, he plays on a team and has practice every night for 4 hours.
We had 4 classes together. We covered the program, the worksheets, and the steps. He was progressing nicely then suddenly he was gone. This happens, things pop up, or the client knows the system and knows they do not need me any more. (I do that to make sure my clients are not dependent on me, I empower them to succeed, and. give them the knowledge and tools to do so.)
3 months pass and here he is back on my schedule. Nothing new in that, so I wasn't overly concerned. Only this time things had changed. The man I was talking to sounded like a native American living in California, not a recent graduate student living in Brazil.
What had happened? His grandmother got very sick and he was helping out with that. In his spare time he followed the English plan to the letter, he didn't miss a day or cut a corner, he did it all. Plus he played his video games in English almost every night.
3 months of no classes with me, just followed my plan and he is speaking like a native. So why call me? He remembered that I also do job interview coaching. He called me for the interview coaching.
Long story short, 2 months following my plan he got his dream job at a global company, with a salary that, in his words, "was like winning the lottery every week."
The Second Case Study: A mother came to me asking me to teach her 11 year old son English. He could barely say hi or bye. I didn't have time as I was very busy and traveling a lot at the time. I agreed to help, however what I did was this.
I wrote 5 things in a PDF document and sent it to the mother and instructed her to give it to her son. She was worried that her son would not follow the plan. He didn't like school and was wanting to drop out of school, he didn't want to get back to school any more. I told her not to worry, I am sure things will turn around for the better. She gave her son the PDF file, sent it to him on his smart phone.
He followed that plan to the letter, no lessons with me, we talked a few times but we never had a formal lesson. When summer vacation was over, he was excited to get back to school and he was speaking, reading and writing at a native level. As a bonus he also learned about motivation, success, python programming, how to draw action figures and anime almost as well as his older brother who had been drawing for years.
Now he is 19 years old speaks 7 languages, two languages from his home country, English, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, and Arabic, is in his third year at the university learning computer programming and he owns his own web and AI agency with 5 employees working with clients in the US, UAE, and Saudi.
The Third Case Study: A woman came to me in mid 2020 who was working with a company as a marketing executive with 12 years experience. She had taken 90 days off from work to work on her English to get a promotion at her work. English was the only thing she was missing in an otherwise flawless resume and work history.
She worked hard on her English studies, followed every step of the program, and didn't skip a thing. She followed it word for word. 60 days and she was C1 fluent and talking like a native American born and raised in America. No accent, clear speech.
Then she said to me, "you remember you told me I could learn anything with this system?" I told her, yes, that is true. She asked, "can I learn computer languages like python?" I told her of course she could, all she had to do was put the pieces into place and no problem. I use this system to learn anything.
We went to work right away on plugging in the programming languages into the system.
And she was off and running three months later, here she is on my schedule again. This time she wanted me to help her with my interview coaching program. Again she followed the steps to the letter, everything I laid out, we coached three times a week and she was moving fast through the program eight weeks into the program she was ready to send out her resume package.
She did as I asked and sent her package to three companies only. She had no idea if they were hiring or not, she followed the plan exactly.
The first company called gave her the programming test then invited her for the interview. She aced the interview, and on the first interview they offered her the job. She told them she would think about it.
She told me the company looks good on the outside, but inside they are a mess and very toxic as a result she turned down their offer.
Interview two, again she took the programming test, got called in for the interview and again they offered her the job on the spot. One exception though. They cannot hire her as a junior level programmer. She almost burst into tears, she was scared they wanted to hire her for a marketing position.
To her surprise they said, based on your resume, and background and how she performed on the test they wanted to hire her as a Sr. Manager with her own team. One small minor issue though, they didn't have a team yet. They don't even have a position open at this time. The project was on hold till they could find the team to do it.
So this is what they did. They hired her on the spot starting the next day working from home, and she would be on the bench for 6 months. In the meantime she will learn AWS and a couple other languages, and help with the interviewing of her new team. Her salary was four times her last salary as a sr marketing manager, and she got a sign on bonus that blew her mind.
So tell me, why did they succeed and you keep starting over jumping from teacher to teacher, book to book, class to class, and never really getting ahead?
To wrap this up:
Case Study One: plays video games, grandmother got sick and died, and was finishing his masters degree at the university, then landed his dream job.
Case Study Two: young boy, eleven years old, has no coach, no teacher, wants to drop out of school, fluent in English in three months just 5 things sent to him in a PDF and speaking fluently, now owns his own agency and about to graduate college, speaks 7 languages, all by the age of 19.
Case Study Three: A busy executive, switching careers, speaking fluently in 2 months, and then gets her dream job.

The Fourth Case Study: A doctor from Central America, his family owns their own hospital, he is a doctor working at those hospitals. He wants to improve his English. He had been struggling with English for over 15 years, been to America for medical seminars, symposiums, and meetings and still his language was barely B1.
He was seemingly 100% on board, ready to do anything to achieve his goal of speaking English fluently. He said all the right things, followed the program in âwordsâ but never, not once filled out his tracking sheet, never made a video, didnât feel the need to learn more vocabulary, and said he was bored with the assignments, said the lessons and assignments were too slow. He wanted something faster, more impactful.
I introduced him to my very special high intensity course designed for professional athletes and special forces groups who need to learn English fast. It takes the program you will be learning and injects it with high octane rocket fuel and adds a jet engine to it. I warned him ahead of time, but he insisted that he could do it. Two weeks that is how long he lasted and was gone. Too embarrassed at his lack of results, didnât like being called out on his dismal performance and lack of follow through and he left the program.
He contacted me a few years later wanting to start lessons again. He apologized, made up some excuses on why he failed, without actually failing. Not sure how that works. I politely, but sternly, refused to work with him again.
The Fifth Case Study: A computer programmer with a masters degree in computer science and business administration, who is also an amateur composer, singer and musician. He is brilliant by anyoneâs standard. His English started at level B1 and improved to B1+ in 9 months of talking to me.
He only scheduled one class a week, never did a single homework assignment, and only spoke English with me one hour a week. He did do one thing consistently. He kept writing computer programs to track vocabulary, listen to his conversations and track vocabulary and usage. He created dashboards, he created excel sheets, he created more programs, and more ways to keep himself buy of projects about English, but never doing the assignments.
From our first class he always said that he was not in a hurry to improve his English, he is ok with that, even if it takes a few years that is ok with him. I told him that my program is designed for results not for weekly conversations. He said that is fine, he will try the program and see where it goes. I told him many times to find another teacher for that. I even cancelled all his classes, only to have him schedule the classes again. He assured me that he was not in a hurry and that he was ok with just having conversations.
We continued the weekly classes for 9 months, then one day he asked me why he is not fluent yet and I have many other students who are? I said, firstly they are here with me to get the result, they are not taking lessons with me for conversation. Next, they do the assignments. They take learning English seriously, they have a goal, a reason to achieve that goal, and a drive to accomplish it. And most importantly, they are tired of failing, and missed opportunities, and struggle due to low salaries in their home countries.
You on the other hand, are not in a hurry, not driven, donât need a better paying job in another country, you donât do any assignments, and are, as you put it, âhere for the conversation.â he got very mad and left the conversation, and cancelled all his remaining lessons with me. 5 years later he sent me a message apologizing and wanting to come back to my lessons. I politely declined his offer.
Again, I could write a whole book on this topic alone. I think you get the picture by now.
