Certified high school English teacher, two language teaching Master’s degrees, TEFL certified (and Business TEFL). ESL teacher for over 10 years at universities, schools, and community centers. I can help you prepare for any upcoming English test (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Cambridge Exams, etc.). I'm from the Rocky Mountains, and have lived in and studied the languages of Italy, France, Germany, Israel, Paraguay, and South Korea. In English, with its many vowels, PRONUNCIATION is as important as GRAMMAR, and we will actively learn both. I give immediate feedback on grammar and pronunciation, in a relaxed atmosphere, helping you quickly improve your English. Every lesson, I type synchronous feedback for you to review later. During our first lesson, we discuss your goals and desires, creating a personalized course for you. You bring materials to lessons (podcasts, articles, something you've written, grammar questions), or I provide material on something that interests you. I help you find structure and focus, build efficient learning habits, and discover fun ways to learn English. I teach all ages and language levels. My students think of me as passionate, innovative, and patient -- they feel like they are in a US high school or university English class -- and I'm proud of my students' hard work and success!
